Can I cancel a booking?

You can only cancel a booking before the owner pays. Once the pet owner pays you have to honour the agreement. If there is a real emergency and you cannot care for the pet at the time of the start of the service you have to let us and the pet owner know as soon as possible so that we can look for an alternative. Also proof of emergency has to be given or your account could get terminated.
