Are there particular standards for carers that I need to abide by?
To continue to be listed on our platform,
you must keep providing an excellent service for our users. Please adhere to the following rules:
● Make sure you respond to all messages sent to
you through the messaging service on Tailzer. It is also imperative that all bookings are
made through our system and payments through our secure payment gateway. If any bookings are made outside of Tailzer,
your account will be deactivated.
● For your safety, you should never accept any
animals into your home until you have a fully confirmed booking through Tailzer. This is to provide security to
you as well as ensuring your client is protected.
● When walking dogs in public, always keep them on
a lead when you are required to do so.
Also, make sure you clear up any mess they create. Any failure to do so could lead you to face a
fine and if we are notified, removal from our site.
● If the pet which you are caring for becomes
unwell or suffers an injury, make sure you attend your nearest vet as soon as
possible. You will also need to notify
the owner and us about the next steps.
When treatment is completed, you need to obtain an invoice from the veterinary
clinic and send to us as proof of payment.
