I’ve made my booking request, but the care provider didn’t respond. What should I do now?

Most of our providers are very responsive; if however, you make a booking and you do not get a response within a 2 days, you should consider another provider. This can take up to 30 days to become null and void.  Naturally, we understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be when care providers don't respond, so to encourage good practice, their profiles will be taken offline. Once you pay for a booking there is no cancellation from either the provider or the pet owner this is to ensure the commitment of both.
