All contact must take place within our App. Once registered, you can contact them directly by clicking on their profile. You will need to provide some necessary details, such as information about your pet so that the care provider can understand your needs. Profiles do not contain an option to contact the provider directly, such as via phone or e-mail. This is a decision made by us to help protect their privacy and keep our service safe and secure. All providers get the option to decide which contact details they wish to disclose to you through private messaging once they have accepted your request.
