What should I do if my booking is cancelled at short notice?

Don't worry. our booking guarantee covers you. Although this is unlikely to happen, we do understand that emergencies do arise, and your booking may need to be cancelled at short notice by your provider. In these circumstances we would help you to find a replacement service, so you are not inconvenienced too much. Should your provider cancel within eight weeks of your booking start date, our booking guarantee will cover any price difference. If this happens, you will need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you find an

alternative. Letting us know of any special requirements such as your pet needing medication will also be helpful. If you are travelling whilst your pet is in care, it is essential to leave your provider emergency contact details of somebody who will be available to make decisions if we can't reach you. Should you choose not to use another care provider suggested by us, we will issue a refund.
